  • Thorough knowledge of state standards and requirements for secondary school education
  • Proficiency in curriculum development
  • Experience in coaching and training teachers
  • Ability to analyze data and use it to drive instruction
  • Strong work ethic and dedication
  • Computer proficiency is a must

Responsibilities:-

  • Leadership
  • Understanding, internalizing and executing Daffodil education program
  • Supervising the staff and students
  • Developing and executing the curriculum, and assessment programs
  • Conduct teacher training and professional development
  • Program Student Recruitment: marketing, advertising, and strategic planning
  • Assessment Management: maintain calendar and school data
  • Oversee and manage school wide curriculum and assessment
